Payment

We accept secure payments through major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Full payment is required before any order is processed.
Production of custom or made-to-order items begins only after payment has been successfully received.
All transactions are processed in the customer’s local currency whenever available through the payment provider.
Prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days after purchase. Custom-made items may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the project, which will be discussed directly with the customer before work begins.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended by 7–12 additional business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Podvalslayer ships worldwide, except to countries or regions where shipping is restricted or prohibited by law or by our shipping partners, including but not limited to Russia, Belarus, North Korea, and other sanctioned destinations.

All orders are shipped via Ukrposhta with international tracking. A tracking number will be provided to every customer once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local authorities unless otherwise stated. For certain destinations, including the United States, applicable import charges may be collected during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or shipping carriers. However, if a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will work directly with the customer to find a suitable resolution.

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, any additional shipping costs associated with resending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

Ready-made items: Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Custom or made-to-order items: Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Podvalslayer reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion. In such cases, if production has not yet begun, a full refund will be issued.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us.

Returns or replacements may be accepted in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects;
• Incorrect item, design, size, or customization sent by our mistake;
• Items damaged before delivery due to production issues.

Requests regarding defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. Please contact us at podvalslayer@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

If a return or replacement is approved:

• Return shipping costs will be covered by Podvalslayer.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

In cases where a shipment is lost in transit, the appropriate solution (replacement or refund) will be discussed directly with the customer.

Product Information

Every item is individually handcrafted or customized. Minor variations in color, texture, placement, or finishing details are a natural part of the process and should not be considered defects.

Actual product colors may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to differences in monitor and mobile device display settings.

Customers approve or discuss the design details before production begins. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these possible variations.

Custom Design Policy

Podvalslayer reserves the right to refuse any custom request that:

• infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
• contains illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content;
• violates applicable laws or platform policies.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
